During Lent I shall be travelling around the Diocese of Ely leading an evening for ALL musicians in the Diocese (plus anyone else with an interest in music in worship). Do consider joining in and bringing members of your choir or band with you. This will be an opportunity to come together for a few hours and during that time to:
- Share a simple meal together
- Discuss the issues facing musicians in God's Church today
- Try out some new resources (in various musical styles)
- Share in an act of worship with time for reflection and prayer
To be held in five different locations in the Diocese during Lent - come to the one that suits you best. The format and presentation of each evening will be the same -but different people in attendance will give each event a unique flavour. Each evening starts at 6.30 pm with a simple meal and warm drink, and finishes at 9pm.
